When using a public restroom you must always:
-Check for toilet paper
-Check for droplets on the seat
-Check that there is a lock on the door
Also, it's a good idea not to use the middle stall if you have bad feelings about germs. The middle stall is likely to be the most used while the first stall is the least used.
